Skills & Experience

- Minimum 8+ years of experience working with Pega applications across development, support, enhancement, and upgrade projects.
- Proven experience leading large‑scale Pega implementation and modernization programs.
- Strong expertise in Pega Case Management, Business Process Management (BPM), Workflow Automation, and Application Development.
- Experience delivering Pega solutions in Cloud (AWS/Azure) and/or On‑Premise environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading distributed and cross‑functional delivery teams.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Pega Platform architecture and application lifecycle management.
- Hands‑on experience with Pega platform upgrades and migration projects.
- Experience with system integrations using APIs, Web Services, REST, SOAP, and messaging technologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, containerization, and enterprise security principles.
- Robust troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root‑cause analysis capabilities.
