Senior .NET Developer | 12 Month Rolling Contract | Sydney, 3-4 days in office per week | $1100 per day

Join a leading Australian enterprise as part of a high performing engineering team delivering modern software solutions across critical business platforms. You'll play a key role in modernising enterprise applications, delivering new capabilities and building scalable cloud native solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies.

What you'll be working on

- Building and enhancing enterprise applications using C#, .NET 10, ASP.NET Core and React
- Developing up-to-date front end applications using React and third party React libraries
- Designing and implementing RESTful APIs supporting enterprise business platforms
- Building applications using Entity Framework Code First with SQL Server
- Developing scalable microservices and event driven solutions
- Implementing real time communication using SignalR
- Building and supporting cloud native applications within Microsoft Azure
- Contributing to Infrastructure as Code using Bicep for Azure resource provisioning
- Writing automated tests using Microsoft Test, NUnit and xUnit
- Collaborating closely with engineers, architects and product teams within an agile delivery environment

What you'll bring

- 7 to 8+ years of recent commercial experience building enterprise applications with C#,



.NET 10 (or .NET 8+) and React
- Strong experience developing modern React applications using third party React libraries
- Solid experience with Entity Framework Code First and SQL Server
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core
- Strong understanding of microservices and event driven architecture
- Experience working across Microsoft Azure and a broad range of cloud services
- Knowledge of information security and secure software engineering best practices
- Experience implementing automated testing using Microsoft Test, NUnit or xUnit
- Experience delivering software within enterprise agile engineering environments
