Lead Enterprise Data Transformation with LTM
LTM is partnering with a leading global organisation to find an experienced Senior Data Engineering Lead with deep Snowflake expertise to drive enterprise‑scale cloud data transformation initiatives.
This is an outstanding prospect to lead the design and delivery of modern data platforms, influence strategic technology decisions, and work alongside senior business and technology leaders on high‑impact projects.

What You'll Be Doing
As the Data Engineering Lead, you'll own the end‑to‑end delivery of Snowflake implementations and migration programs, helping organisations modernise their data platforms and unlock greater business value.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading enterprise Snowflake implementations and legacy data warehouse migrations
- Designing scalable, high‑performance data architectures and semantic data models
- Delivering integrated reporting solutions using Snowflake and Power BI
- Leveraging advanced Snowflake capabilities including Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, Data Sharing and Marketplace
- Driving modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Partnering with cloud architects across Azure, AWS or GCP environments
- Embedding data governance, security and best practices across enterprise platforms
- Working directly with senior stakeholders including CIOs, Heads of Data,
Analytics and Finance leaders to shape data strategy and roadmap.
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years' experience in Data Engineering
- At least 3 years of hands‑on Snowflake implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake features including Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, Marketplace and performance optimisation
- Experience building semantic data models and enterprise reporting solutions
- Strong SQL and ETL/ELT development skills
- Experience integrating Snowflake with Power BI or similar BI platforms
- Cloud experience across Azure, AWS or GCP
- DevOps, CI/CD and automation experience
- Strong understanding of data governance, security and compliance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams and executive stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Python or scripting experience
- Experience with Tableau, Looker or other BI platforms
- Experience delivering solutions within SME or enterprise environments
- Knowledge of Snowflake Data Sharing and external collaboration capabilities
