An exciting prospect exists to join a high-growth specialist lender and M&A; advisory business that partners with Australia’s mortgage and commercial broking industry .

This is a relationship-led role focused on identifying, engaging and supporting mortgage and commercial brokers looking to grow through acquisition . You’ll work with business owners to understand their strategic objectives, structure funding solutions and guide acquisition opportunities from initial conversation through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new relationships across the mortgage and commercial broking market.
- Identify brokerages and businesses seeking acquisition or growth opportunities.
- Manage inbound and self-generated opportunities.
- Structure lending solutions to support acquisitions and business growth.
- Present lending proposals and prepare credit submissions.
- Manage relationships from origination through to settlement.
- Work closely with Credit, Sales and Settlement teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Maintain accurate client records within the CRM.

About you

You’ll bring:

- 5+ years’ experience in commercial lending, business banking, credit or mortgage broking.




- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience originating and managing complex lending transactions.
- Exceptional relationship management and business development skills.
- A passion for working with business owners and brokerages.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
