We are partnering with a well-established plaintiff firm in Sydney with a strong reputation. The firm offers a supportive, collaborative setting and is known for delivering efficient, high-quality legal services to a broad client base.

The Opportunity

With significant growth in the past 24 months the firm are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our Sydney team. You will assist with overseeing the carriage of Personal Injury and Workers Comp matters and will be responsible for ensuring customer care across the practice is satisfactory from engagement through to the resolution of individual clients’ legal matters.

Key matters may include:

- Managing a diverse caseload of workers compensation matters
- Advising clients on statutory workers compensation claims and work injury damages matters
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical professionals and counsel




- Drafting legal correspondence and court documents
- Attending mediations, conferences and hearings where required
- Working closely with senior lawyers and support staff to achieve positive client outcomes

About You

- Admitted as a Lawyer in Australia with 2+ PQE in workers compensation
- Previous experience within plaintiff personal injury or workers compensation law
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage matters autonomously while working collaboratively within a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for clients
