About the Role

In this role, you’ll lead a team of 4–6 consultants while managing a small caseload and delivering client‑focused, purpose‑driven services. You’ll collaborate with employers, insurers, and health professionals to support optimal recovery outcomes, spend time in workplaces to enable safe return‑to‑work plans, educate employers on injury prevention, and provide clear, evidence‑based reporting that drives meaningful results

The requirements:

- Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Masters in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Registered with ASORC, AASW, ESSA or AHPRA
- Full Australian work rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
- Experience Managing Junior Consultants
- Experience in Occupational Rehab
