As our highly valued Learning and Experience Advisor based in Brisbane or Melbourne, your role will support the delivery of learning, development and people experience initiatives that help our people grow, stay compliant and thrive throughout their career with Great Southern Bank. Impact on Learning and Development

- Supporting the delivery of capability, leadership and people experience initiatives across the organisation
- Managing capability administration activities, including compliance learning, onboarding and development programs
- Acting as a trusted first point of contact for capability and people experience enquiries, providing advice, support and guidance to stakeholders
- Maintaining and administering TalentLab (Learning Management System) to ensure accurate learning records and compliance outcomes
- Producing regular reporting and insights on learning participation, compliance and development activities
- Supporting recognition programs, onboarding activities, career pathways and employee development initiatives
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external learning providers to deliver seamless experiences
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working to enhance team effectiveness and employee experience

Requirements

- Experience in learning and development, people and culture, administration or a related support role
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills with excellent attention to detail




- Experience managing multiple tasks and stakeholders in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience producing reports, analysing data, and maintaining accurate records
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience using learning management systems, with Cornerstone or TalentLab experience highly regarded
- A proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving and continuous improvement capabilities
