Job Description

We’re growing and currently seeking a Full‑Time Triage Injury Management Consultant who is available Tuesday to Saturday (9:00am–5:00pm). This role is to connect with injured employees and their managers to support them through their workplace injury by offering injury triage, first aid advice, support and linking them into support services and resources available to them. You will be working in a Triage Team which is dedicated to providing personalised health management support and advice to employees who have sustained injuries at work. The work is undertaken telephonically and can be performed from home or office.

Tasks

- Support and care for clients with empathy and expertise to improve their personal health and wellbeing goals.
- Undertake coordination of supports and wellbeing services for a highly engaged and motivated client population.
- Provide initial early intervention Triage with clients, supporting both physical and mental health services.
- Undertake relevant case coordination activity including liaison with all stakeholders; provision of email updates; and creation of appropriate documentation such as treatment plans or other documentation as required.

Qualifications

- Experienced Allied Health (Physio, Osteo, Chiro, OT, EP etc) practitioner with full registration or a Registered Nurse.




- Hold a current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Evidence of completion of First Aid (level 2) or Basic Life Support training within a hospital setting.
- Caring and empathic nature.
- Experience in care coordination or occupational rehabilitation desirable.
- Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT and time management skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
