Job Title: Videographer & Studio Manager

About the Role
We are hiring one versatile, hands‑on skilled to manage our Studio operations, video production, and IT Systems. This is an onsite role where you will be the go‑to person for all technical support, as well as the owner of our studio and content production setup.
If you enjoy solving IT issues while also working behind the camera and managing a creative space, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support (Primary Function)
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, and office equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly with minimal downtime.
- Manage user access, tools, and system configurations.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure all equipment is operational.
Videography & Content Production
- Shoot and edit video content (marketing videos, internal content, podcasts).
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Handle post‑production editing and basic enhancements.
- Ensure all content meets quality and branding standards.
- Own and manage the studio environment and schedule.
- Set up and run podcast and video recording sessions.
- Ensure all studio equipment is ready,
functional, and organized.
- Maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT support and troubleshooting (hardware/software/network basics).
- Hands‑on experience in videography and video editing.
- Familiarity with audio setup and podcast production.
- Ability to independently manage both technical and creative responsibilities.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing a studio or creative workspace.
- Knowledge of live streaming or recording setups.
- Familiarity with marketing or content production workflows.

Additional Requirements
- Available for travel and flexible working hours when required.
- Comfortable working closely with the Founder and supporting executive needs.
- Willing to attend and support luxury events for content production and technical setup.
