Samuels Donegan is looking for a Senior Workplace Relations specialist who will lead complex employee and industrial relations matters across a large unionised workforce. In this role, you will navigate enterprise agreements and represent the organization in Fair Work Commission proceedings, playing a pivotal role in the rollout of multiple Enterprise Agreements.
You should have solid experience in Workplace Relations, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a solid understanding of Australian industrial relations legislation.
