This role is a full‑time Program Coordinator position in our Organisational Development team based at Crown Melbourne.

Responsibilities

- Coordinating and supporting program deployment such as Employee Inductions, Service Excellence training and leadership initiatives.
- Serving as a key point of contact for learning enquiries, resolving or escalating issues where needed.
- Managing end‑to‑end logistics for learning events, including set up and pack down of venues, ensuring event readiness and material preparation.
- Maintaining accurate employee learning records, managing attendance, rescheduling and reporting on overall program outcomes.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and other Program Coordinators to deliver consistent, high‑quality learning experiences.
- Participating in property activations and initiatives to enhance culture, inclusion and organisational priorities.
- Applying effective systems, processes and compliance standards to ensure delivery of programs are well‑governed and compliant.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in coordinating learning programs in an operational environment.




- Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for employee experience, learning and engagement.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence working with systems and technology (Microsoft Office, and learning platforms – Workday is advantageous).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking ownership and accountability for outcomes.
