This is an incredible opportunity to work as a full‑time, permanent O&G; Staff Specialist at central Queensland’s major hospital.

We are looking for a Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist to join the dynamic O&G; team where you can provide expert clinical services.

The Women’s Health Unit comprises maternity and specialist obstetrics and gynaecology services.

The department averages 1,400 babies born each year.

Requirements

- Fellowship to The Royal Australian and Current Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG).

The hospital has recently undergone a $408 million overhaul and expansion, doubling the number of beds to over 300 and increasing the facility size by 40,000 m², including a new Emergency Department. It is now a state‑of‑the‑art modern hospital and one of Australia’s largest regional healthcare facilities.

You will work within a team environment, contributing to the provision of high‑standard clinical services to patients of the Health Service.
