Responsibilities

- Manage an established territory covering Melbourne's Outer West plus a regional area of Ballarat and Bend.
- Build strong partnerships with General Practitioners and primary healthcare professionals.
- Drive growth across a portfolio of trusted prescription medicines.
- Work closely with your territory partner and the broader Victorian team.
- Achieve sales, activity and territory growth objectives.
- Attend regional meetings, conferences and customer events as required.

Qualifications

- Current or recent pharmaceutical sales experience, or a strong track record in customer-facing sales.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed targets.




- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Resilient, self‑motivated and commercially driven.
- Genuine interest in healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in science, business or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated history of achievement in sales, sport, academia or other pursuits.
