Purpose of the Role
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience. Working closely with the P&C; Lead - ANZ and our global team, you’ll ensure our People & Culture team runs efficiently while providing accurate, timely support to leaders and employees across the business.

In this role, you’ll:
- Support the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance, and more.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders, providing guidance and escalating complex matters where required.
- Maintain accurate people data, HR records, and documentation in line with compliance and local legislation.
- Work in a global team with exposure to multi-jurisdictional HR practices.
- Help embed our values through every interaction and initiative.
- Gain hands‑on experience and grow as an HR generalist.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years’ HR administration or coordination experience.
- Experience working with FairWork Awards (HPSS desirable).
- Exceptional attention to detail and robust organisational skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for people.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Healthcare or multi-country HR exposure is a plus!
