The Andersen Partnership are assisting a growing SME to identify a Finance Manager to join the business and play a key role in supporting the next phase of growth.

This is a hands‑on and broad role suited to someone who enjoys working across financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering, while also contributing to projects and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

- Ownership of month‑end close and financial reporting
- Preparation of management reports and financial analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Supporting commercial and strategic projects
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business

About you

- Big 4 trained with 3–5 years PQE in industry
- Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
- Comfortable operating in a growing, fast‑paced SME environment
- Proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
