Zoomlion Australia–New Zealand is expanding our agricultural machinery team and we are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager for South Australia. Zoomlion is a global leader in construction and agricultural machinery with more than 30 years of engineering experience. Our Australia–New Zealand division continues to grow quickly as we support farmers, dealers and partners with reliable and innovative agricultural solutions.
About the role
The Business Development Manager for the Agriculture line will focus on growing market presence, building dealer relationships and supporting the rollout of our agricultural machinery across South Australia. You will work closely with the national agriculture team to strengthen Zoomlion’s position in the market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies for the Agriculture line in South Australia
- Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing dealers
- Identify market opportunities and provide feedback to support product planning
- Achieve sales targets through structured planning and consistent execution
- Coordinate product demonstrations, field days and customer engagement activities
- Support dealers with training and promotional initiatives
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Work effectively with internal teams across Australia and New Zealand
About you
- Experience in agricultural machinery sales, business development or dealership operations
- Strong understanding of farming practices and the South Australian agricultural market
- Confident communicator with sound negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally
