What you'll be working on





You will be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat and messaging. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps clients coming back, while identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience. You will participate in a rotating schedule between 7:30am and 8:00pm.

What will help you be successful?

- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for the financial services industry.
- Effective communication in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
- Resilience and adaptability in a high‑volume call‑centre setting.
- Eligibility to work in Australia permanently.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but an attitude and willingness to learn are paramount.
