Job Description

Our Outside School Hours Care service, Stretton State College Helping Hands ,is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.

This is apermanent part-time opportunity offering20 hours per week toassist with leading a team of passionate Educators.You'll work Monday to Friday in split shifts across our programs:

☀️ Rise then Shine Program – Morning shifts (6:30am – 8:45am)
Stay and Play Program – Afternoon shifts (2:45pm – 6:00pm)
️ Holiday HQ Program – Extra hours available during school holidays (6:30am – 6:00pm)

About the role

Get ready for an exciting opportunity to co-manage a dynamic team of Educators, where you’ll experience the perfect blend of support and leadership growth!

- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Qualifications
