Role Description

The Field Applications Engineer‑SE is a full‑time on‑site role based in the Greater Sydney Area. Responsibilities include providing pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support, assisting in the implementation of QNAP solutions, and collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to meet customer requirements. The role also involves troubleshooting, maintaining customer satisfaction,



and delivering product training or presentations. Regular interaction with clients to understand and fulfill their technical needs will be a key part of the job.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Field Applications and experience in providing effective Technical Support.
- Proven skills in Sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Solid understanding of Electronics and Analog systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to customers.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with NAS, IoT, AI, or ML solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the Greater Sydney Area for on‑site client support.
