Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Australian market. This remote role involves acquiring new clients, building long‑term relationships, and positioning Veemi Accounting as a trusted outsourcing partner for accounting and finance solutions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a performance‑based environment and can independently manage the full business development cycle from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Australian market.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver customised proposals and presentations.




- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Consistently achieve and exceed business growth targets.

Qualification

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Solid presentation and proposal‑writing skills.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on performance and measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
