The Australian Digital Health Agency leads the national effort to digitally enable Australia’s health system. We support the delivery of person‑centred, connected healthcare through the development and adoption of digital health services and systems. Our work includes managing My Health Record, Electronic Prescriptions, and the 1800Medicare, ensuring a healthier future for all Australians through connected healthcare.

The Role

As the People Analytics Advisor you will be engaged in a range of work from analytics, process improvement, capability development, stakeholder engagement and both internal and statutory reporting.

The People Analytics advisor plays a key role in supporting Agency leadership in understanding and tracking Agency workforce dynamics and in meeting Agency statutory reporting obligations using a range of platforms and tools including OneModel, SAP and Excel.

About you

- Preferably coming from a People and Capability domain, you have experience in data analytics
- Strong understanding of drivers underpinning workforce success with the ability to integrate research and current best practice to support the development and delivery of people insights
- Experienced working on process development and improvement initiatives and related projects.
- Demonstrable experience managing a diversity of tasks, balance competing priorities and successfully deliver to deadlines.




- Australian citizenship is a mandatory eligibility requirement.
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain both a national police clearance and a Baseline security clearance, with the capacity to attain a higher‑level clearance if required by the Agency.

Salary: This role offers between $90,562 - $97,939 depending on skills and experience plus 15.4% superannuation.

Order of Merit: Applicants rated as suitable will be placed in a merit pool that may be used to fill similar ongoing or non‑ongoing positions throughout the Agency for up to 18 months from date of advertising.
