Village Manager – Remote Sites (FIFO or DIDO)

Mid‑level leadership role responsible for the daily operations of a remote village site, working a 14 days on, 7 days off FIFO roster from Brisbane or DIDO to the Dysart site.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all village operations, ensuring delivery of high service standards.
- Build, coach and motivate a diverse team across food & beverage, housekeeping, accommodation and administration.
- Act as the primary safety and HSE leader, ensuring compliance with all legislation.
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, P&Ls; and resource allocation.
- Plan and execute projects to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and local authorities.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of managerial experience in hospitality, facility management or a similar sector.




- Proven people‑management, conflict resolution, negotiation and team‑building skills.
- Experience in remote site operations is not required.
- Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights.
- Valid full QLD manual driver’s licence.
- Able to pass a pre‑employment medical, drug‑and‑alcohol testing and police check.
