The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure across both finance and fund operations . You’ll be involved in refining internal processes, improving efficiency, and supporting the core activities of a dynamic funds management workplace.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining and updating the fund registry
- Managing payments and transaction processing
- Performing daily and monthly reconciliations
- Assisting with fund reporting and compliance documentationSupporting unit pricing and ensuring data accuracy
- Contributing to client onboarding and transitions
- Leveraging technology, including AI tools,



to streamline workflows

About You

You’ll bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in funds management.

What we’re looking for:

- Degree in Accounting (or currently completing)
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Prior fund administration/accounting experience (preferred but not essential)
- Must be fluent in Mandarin
