We are a national regulator providing service delivery support across Australia. The Service Delivery Officer will manage regulatory enquiries, provide technical support, and carry out administrative tasks to ensure compliance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions professionally, responding accurately to phone and written enquiries about regulatory and compliance matters, providing technical support to external system users and responding to student enquiries.
- Answer tip-off calls, elicit relevant information and accurately record the intelligence received.
- Work flexibly and collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve service standards and organisational objectives.
- Identify service improvement areas and proactively advise management on innovations.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including contributing to team projects and developing internal guides, while working independently with limited supervision.
Required Skills and Experience
- High-level interpersonal, comprehension, written and oral communication skills; ability to adapt to a diverse audience and compose well-structured, error-free communications.
- Demonstrated sound judgement, problem-solving and analysis skills,
identifying customer needs and providing solutions that maximise first-call resolution.
- Proficient use of IT systems such as CRMs and Microsoft Office, and ability to support external system users.
- Solid planning, organisation and workload management to achieve results, with attention to detail and communication of progress.
- Commitment to continuous learning and personal development; ability to accept and act on constructive feedback positively.
- Team player with initiative, able to work flexibly and collaboratively to achieve team goals and identify service improvement opportunities.

This position is available as an ongoing or non-ongoing opportunity; non-ongoing appointments may be up to 12 months with potential extension.
