This role sits within the Investment team and offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle — from underwriting and acquisition through to asset management, portfolio analysis and fund reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Analysis & Transactions
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (acquisitions, divestments, development and repositioning)
- Conduct cashflow modelling, IRR analysis, debt structuring and scenario testing
- Support due diligence processes (commercial, financial and operational)
- Assist in preparing Investment Committee papers and transaction memoranda
- Analyse leasing assumptions, capital expenditure and asset-level performance
- Assist with portfolio performance analysis across retail and other direct real estate assets
- Support fund-level modelling including returns, cash distributions and capital tracking
- Monitor asset performance against underwriting and investment thesis
- Work closely with Asset Management on forecasting and variance analysis
Reporting & Stakeholder Support
- Contribute to quarterly and annual investor reporting
- Assist in valuation processes and external advisor coordination
- Prepare internal performance dashboards and analytics
- Support capital raising materials and data room management when required
About You
- 2–4 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Modelling, Funds Management or Investment banking (real estate coverage) or Big 4 TS or Financial Modelling.
- Solid financial modelling capability (advanced Excel essential)
- Clear understanding of IRR, NPV, equity waterfalls and capital structuring
- Highly analytical with strong commercial judgement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to operate in a lean, high-performing team
