What You'll Be Working On
- Structural design projects alongside architects across residential, heritage refurbishments, commercial and public sectors
- On site inspections across NSW and building client relationships
- Leading your own projects with autonomy, backed by strong internal support
- Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team capability
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a structural engineer, with exposure to leading internal and external project teams
- Experience conducting advanced structural analysis using engineering software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop long lasting relationships.
- Robust problem-solving and reporting skills
- Motivated to advance your career within a high-performing engineering team
