We need a sharp, proactive Order Fulfilment Coordinator to hit the ground running. You’ll be the go-to contact for our retail customers, managing orders end-to-end and keeping everything running smoothly. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, solve problems on the fly, and communicate clearly, this is your role.
Your Role:
- Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
- Coordinate warehouse and logistics for timely delivery
- Track inventory and prevent shortfalls
- Troubleshoot and escape issues quickly
- Build strong relationships with retail customers and internal teams
Experience:
- 2+ years in a customer service or logistics-focused role
- Robust Microsoft Office and CRM experience (Zendesk a plus)
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
