Responsibilities

- Challenge yourself to make an impact by supporting Qantas Engineering
- Permanent full-time position, working dayshift Monday to Friday
- Position is covered under ASU Agreement 12-Level 6
- As a Business Support Coordinator , you will be responsible for enhancing productivity of operational business areas by providing effective and flexible administrative support across LMO Melbourne QE (Qantas Engineering). You will also provide extensive administrative and business support, facilitating duty travel bookings/expenses, payment of invoices, tracking expenditures and budget, supporting employee engagement activities, maintaining databases and filing systems.

Qualifications / What you’ll have

- Strong motivation,



with a personal commitment to exceptional customer service, internal and external
- Proven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
- Solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks and proactively resolve issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with a team-focused mindset
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to established procedures and compliance requirements
- Excellent computer literacy with high levels of experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and other computer applications
- Experience with eQ, Power BI and iProcurement would be advantageous
- A flexible approach, able to reprioritise work according to requirements
