We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an Associate with 2 plus years post‑admission experience and with a passion for Personal Injury Law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert legal services in assisting and supporting clients in accessing their rights and entitlements under the law.
- End to end file/case management from commencement through litigation to completion for Workcover cases.
- Managing caseloads efficiently, conducting legal research and preparing relevant legal documents.
- Leading client meetings, providing strategic legal advice and support, aiding in client communications.
- Prepare and follow through matters for Conciliation, Medical Panel and Court.
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, tribunals, and court proceedings.
- Working collaboratively with a diverse team of legal professionals.
- Actively participate in business development activities which seeks to grow the firm’s client base, standing and reputation.
About you:
- 2 years + of post‑admission experience.
- Workcover specialisation would be preferred but we are open to Lawyers with proven experience in other areas of Personal Injury Law.
- Exceptional client focus, fostering relationships based on trust and respect.

- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
