About the Role

This is a newly created Senior People Systems & Insights Manager role, designed to reshape how we connect our people, data and technology across the business. At Cotton On, we’re committed to creating better career experiences through smarter, more connected systems and this role sits at the centre of that. You’ll lead the evolution of our global people systems and insights capability, driving meaningful change that improves how our teams work, grow and make decisions. You’ll own our people systems landscape end-to-end, setting the roadmap, leading transformation and embedding ways of working that are simpler, smarter and built for scale. Along the way, you’ll unlock the power of data, giving leaders clearer, more actionable insights to support their people and the business.

What You'll Bring

- Strong experience across people systems, insights or HR technology
- Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation and system optimisation
- Confidence working across people, technology and business teams
- Ability to turn data into explicit, practical insights that drive better decisions
