We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead and enhance our health, safety, environmental, and quality practices across Melbourne-based projects.

Role Overview

As the HSEQ Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continual improvement of our HSEQ systems. You’ll ensure full compliance with industry regulations and client expectations while fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality across multiple project sites.
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO-certified HSEQ management systems.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations; ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure secure work practices are embedded during planning and execution.
- Liaise with clients,



principal contractors, and regulatory bodies on HSEQ matters.
- Deliver training and toolbox talks to promote a proactive safety culture.
- Track performance through KPIs, reporting, and data analysis to drive improvements.
- Stay up to date with legislative and industry developments, ensuring company compliance.

Skills & Experience Required

- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a HSEQ leadership role within the construction or electrical contracting sector.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial, data centre, infrastructure, or hospital projects highly desirable.
- Cert IV or Diploma in WHS/OHS (minimum),
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.
- Proven ability to influence and drive a positive safety culture across all levels of an organisation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
