What’s the role?
We are seeking expression of interest for Relationship / Senior Relationship Managers. You will be the heart and soul of our Commercial Banking team in Brisbane, working full‑time to build and nurture relationships with medium to large‑sized businesses. Your mission is to win new‑to‑bank customers and ensure our existing clients have an exceptional experience. You will be out and about, networking with external partners and attracting customers from brokers and competitors.
What do I need?
- Strong commercial lending skills
- Experience in corporate & commercial lending
- Excellent credit skills
- A knack for complex deal structuring
- A natural talent for business development and networking
