Department Overview

The department handles approximately 1600 births per year, offers gynaecology and obstetric theatre sessions, and runs numerous O&G; clinics. It is supported by an experienced midwife team and allied health professionals, and has strong affiliations with universities providing research and teaching opportunities.

Role Summary

This is a permanent full‑time post offering excellent remuneration, leadership support and opportunities for career development. The successful candidate will be involved in clinical excellence, teaching and the delivery of gynaecological and obstetric care.

General registration required. Candidates should demonstrate involvement in clinical excellence and teaching.

The role is based in central Victoria, located approximately 90 minutes north of Melbourne. The area offers a range of restaurants, shopping, childcare centres, schools with high academic standards, and close proximity to rivers, lakes and wineries.
