Our client is a respected financial advice firm with a substantial fee‑for‑service client base, specialising in retirement, superannuation and strategic advice.
They are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support 2 advisers with strategy development and documentation, particularly for retirement and recontribution strategies.
About the Role
You will work closely with advisers to support high‑quality advice delivery, including:
- Fact find conditioning and strategy support
- Preparation of Statements of Advice (SoAs and RoAs)
- Supporting retirement planning, pension and recontribution strategies
- Working within established advice frameworks and processes
- Liaising with advisers to ensure accuracy and quality of advice documents
About You
- 3‑5+ years’ experience as a Paraplanner in an Australian advice firm
- Strong understanding of retirement strategies, superannuation and pensions
- High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working closely with advisers in an office‑based workplace
- Experience with Midwinter highly regarded
