About the Role

The Project Assistant is part of a dedicated multi‑disciplinary team that supports continuous improvement across operational areas and in service delivery. The role involves providing assistance to the team that drives and supports service and operational improvement.

Business Improvement Officer, Level 5

This position is responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing business improvement activities within Housing Practice and Support and Regions across the State of Western Australia. The role promotes awareness of quality practices amongst Regional staff and assists in the development and implementation of frameworks and processes for achieving continual business improvement and Regional performance.
