Recruitment Lead

You’ll lead our in‑house recruitment team across multiple businesses, own delivery of key roles, and build the systems and capability to support our growth. You'll work with leaders who value recruitment and understand what it takes to hire A‑players. The quality of the hires you make will directly shape the future of the business.
The Role
Your mission is to lead an in‑house recruitment team that consistently delivers great hires. This is a player‑coach role – you’ll lead a small team, personally deliver key hires, and improve how we recruit as the business grows.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach the internal recruitment team (1‑2 direct reports).
- Personally manage recruitment for senior, complex, or business‑critical roles.
- Be accountable for successful hiring from role handover through to start date.
- Own recruitment systems and tools, including ATS performance and optimisation.
- Design, document, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to lift interview quality, decision‑making, and hiring standards.
- Own recruitment outcomes working closely with leadership team and hiring managers.

- Led a small internal recruitment team.

Profile 2 – Senior Recruiter
- Already runs senior roles end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
- Wants to lead a small team without giving up hands‑on delivery.
