We are seeking an experienced Institutional Salesperson to complement our sales desk, with an extensive knowledge and experience in emerging companies in the Resources & Industrials sectors of the ASX.

With an established and proven platform, Petra Capital is offering a simple, highly leveraged structure. Autonomy, flexibility and prospect for immense growth are key features of the role.

This role is to act as a trusted advisor to Australian based Institutions, providing in depth and accurate advice relating to Petra Capital research predominantly in Emerging Companies and building on new and already established relationships.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and timely advice pertaining to ASX listed equities
- Grow the Australian client base in line with Petra Capital’s stocks
- Host ASX listed company roadshows with institutions




- Meet targets relating to activity levels and revenue

Qualifications, Experience and Key Attributes

- You will have at least five years’ experience, including exceptional understanding of Mining & Industrial emerging companies
- Tertiary qualifications in the relevant field are desirable
- Self-motivated and highly results driven
- Passionate about your own growth and the growth of the business
- Embracing Petra core values, mission and immersing yourself in the proven Petra processes
- Be a team player who thrives on working with a busy, high achieving desk
- Excellent communicator at all levels

The position is Melbourne based.
