ServiceNow Reporting & Dashboard Consultant (2 Positions)

Location: Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis preferred - Remote potential

Type: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire (possibility to extend/convert)

Summary:

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking two experienced ServiceNow Reporting & Dashboard Consultants to design and build in-tool reporting and dashboards. These tools will help improve visibility into ServiceNow utilization by the client’s employees and service partners, enabling better operational insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain customized reports and interactive dashboards within the ServiceNow platform.
- Analyze utilization data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and service partners to gather reporting requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow reporting and dashboard issues.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and reporting best practices.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience designing and developing reports and dashboards within ServiceNow.




- Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules, data structures, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting features.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices within ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in large enterprise environments, preferably in financial services.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow workflows.
