You'll lead a portfolio of service-based businesses. You'll lead your own pod media buyers, designers, and editors. You'll build the strategy, direct the creative, and be accountable for revenue.

What You'll Own

- Paid Social Mastery: Architect and optimise full-funnel Meta Ads campaigns that generate demand and drive measurable growth
- Creative Strategy: Script and oversee scroll-stopping video ads. Think eComm-level creative for a service-based businesses
- Cross-Channel Strategy: Integrate Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM automation into cohesive growth systems
- Client Partnerships: Act as a strategic growth partner with full accountability for results
- Team Leadership: Lead your pod to execute unified, high-impact strategies
- Budget Allocation: Decide where every dollar goes.



Maximise profitability

Who You Are

- 3+ years experience in Meta Ads with proven success managing $10k-$100K+mo in ad spend
- Solid in Google Ads and CRM automation
- Deep understanding of creative performance principles — applied to service businesses
- Fluent in full-funnel metrics: leads, show rates, close rates, revenue, LTV:CAC
- You think in systems. You apply the Theory of Constraints . You own outcomes.
- Actively know and use A.I tools like Claude Code, Openclaw, and can build AI first processes
