Job Description

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Visit Automotive stores and franchises across the Eastern Seaboard.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and current product launches.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Engagement & Account Manager should have:





- Proven experience in account management or sales / field sales within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
