Required Qualifications
- Experience: Strong background in digital design with team leadership experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, responsive web design,
and accessibility best practices.
- Creative & UX Expertise: Outstanding eye for typography, layout, interaction, and UX conventions.
- Team Leader: Experience mentoring and developing designers in a studio
- Project Confident: Ability to scope work, manage timelines, and collaborate with PMs and developers.
- Problem Solver: Passionate about improving processes, tools, and delivery pipelines.
- Communicator: Solid verbal and written communication, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
