About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our Touring division. You will report directly to the General Manager, Touring Operations and oversee day‑to‑day operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service standards while supporting our on‑road crew.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage staffing requirements for the touring division, aligning resource allocation with business needs.
- Design and deliver training programs for touring staff at the start of each season and as needed throughout the year.
- Manage operational plans, ensuring delivery of exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial objectives and performance targets.
- Oversee delivery of all promoted inclusions to align with customer expectations and business goals.
- Foster a high‑performance culture by delegating tasks, mentoring, and managing the performance of our on‑road crew.
- Ensure efficient use of touring assets, including managing compliance documentation and operational resources.




- Effectively manage costs, ensuring touring‑related expenses align with the annual budget.
- Ensure timely reporting and management of safety incidents and adverse events, prioritising the wellbeing of staff and guests.

About You:

Deep understanding of the travel industry with prior operations management experience. Collaborative working style, highly organised, detail‑oriented, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and team motivation.

Requirements:

- Previous touring experience is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in management, operations, business or hospitality with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership abilities, managing large teams and resolving complex operational challenges.
- A collaborative leadership style, adept at coaching and mentoring staff.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Experience leading diverse teams, managing a wide range of skill sets, and navigating intricate operational challenges.
- High level of professionalism, resilience and accountability.
- Proven experience in heavy vehicle operation with necessary licenses and Driver Authority.
