Job Description
We are looking for Job Coaches, In-Work Support Consultants, and Employment Engagement Consultants to join our team in Greater Western Sydney and Sydney East Metro. This is an on-site position. We are a determined and compassionate team who thrive together in pursuit of our belief that work’s for everyone, while having fun along the way.

Qualifications
NO PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT SERVICES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using job search and recruitment tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
- Adaptability and empathy in client interactions
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on positive outcomes
- Knowledge of local job market and employment trends (preferred)
No previous employment services experience necessary – we value enthusiasm and the right attitude!
