Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Mechanical Engineering Intern to join its team in Oakleigh, VIC. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or current student to gain hands‑on experience in the field of mechanical engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the mechanical engineering team in designing and developing current products
- Conduct research and analysis to support product development
- Create and modify engineering drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Participate in testing and troubleshooting of products
- Assist with documentation and technical writing
- Attend meetings and provide input on project progress

Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Proficient in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
