Join the team at Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort and step into a leadership role in one of Australia’s most stunning alpine destinations. Lead our dedicated housekeeping team and deliver excellence every day.

About the role

As Housekeeping Manager , you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the housekeeping department. You’ll ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our accommodation, public areas, and facilities, all while leading, training, and motivating your team.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and team performance
- Ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet brand standards




- Manage rosters, stock control, and linen operations
- Train and develop your team to deliver outstanding service
- Support workplace health, safety, and sustainability initiatives

Qualifications

- Previous leadership experience in housekeeping or hotel operations
- Strong eye for detail with a commitment to quality and standards
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- A hands‑on leader who inspires and motivates their team
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with flexibility

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $75,000–80,000 (excluding superannuation)

Expected hours: 38 per week
