We’re seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic tech team in our Graduate Program . You’ll work closely with senior leaders, gain exposure to high-impact projects, and develop the skills to help drive operational success across our fast-growing organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with our CEO, COO, Executive Director, and CTO to deliver business projects from design to completion
- Support and guide process improvements within swipejobs operational and investment activities
- Lead and participate in workshops to drive product innovation and continuous improvement
- Analyse and deliver insights from data across our software and operations
- Review and report on a variety of financial and operational documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Science, Management, or related field
- Strong analytical skills,
with the ability to interpret reports and recommend actions
- Knowledge of reviewing financial statements to identify risks and opportunities
- Understanding of risk management, dependencies, and scope changes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
