About the Role

We are currently looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead and support our store at Macquarie Shopping Centre! The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys creating exceptional customer service experiences, enjoys leading and supporting a store team while working towards targets and KPI’s, and most importantly has a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

- Deliver and exceed sales budgets and growth expectations
- Effectively manage store rosters and timesheet approvals
- Lead by example in customer service, ensures staff are trained to deliver above and beyond service
- Ensure the store maintains visual standards and merchandise stock to maximise sales potential
- Working with HR team to recruit team members with the correct cultural fit and competencies
- Provide the store team with quality induction and introduction to the brand and store operation
- Provides direction and appropriate feedback to the team
- Proactive approach to loss prevention/ stock management

Qualifications

- 2+ years store management experience




- Previous experience in a fast-paced and high-volume retail sales environment

Required Skills and Attributes

- Strong commercial acumen to achieve outstanding sales budgets and KPIs
- An eye for detail and high visual merchandising standards
- Strong leader of teams of 15-20 people
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service
- The ability to analyse and organise stock to maximise sales on the shop floor
- Robust interpersonal skills to engage, motivate and lead a team to reach their potential
- Passion and knowledge of the Pop Mart brand or art toys
- Must be a current resident of Australia with full working rights

Preferred Skills

- Bi-lingual in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage, but not a deal breaker
