The Role

You’ll be the face of the business in one of their high-performing display homes meeting clients, understanding their lifestyle needs, and guiding them through the process of building their new home. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role that rewards energy, professionalism, and results.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and convert walk-in and online enquiries
- Qualify buyers and present tailored home and land solutions
- Guide clients through design, pricing, and contract stages
- Work closely with estimating and pre-construction teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Represent a trusted brand with one of the highest client satisfaction ratings in the state





What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in new home sales, property, or high-value retail sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and client engagement skills
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
- Availability to work weekends (two rostered weekdays off)
