The Position

As the Precinct Property Manager, you will be integral to the ongoing success and market-leading reputation of the precinct through effective management of several office buildings, with a key focus on providing an exceptional customer experience and leadership to a small team. Working alongside industry leaders in a collaborative and dynamic workplace, you will be supported by Property Management, Leasing, Operations, Projects, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Administration.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide exceptional customer service and engagement with corporate tenants and stakeholders.
- Develop, execute and manage annual business plans, financial budgets and property management reports.
- Accountable for the precinct's arrears, operational, CAPEX and reforecasting.
- Assist with market rent reviews and negotiations.
- Lead and manage the career development of a small team.

About you

Due to the nature of this role, our client requires you to have the following experience:

- Manage premium and/or A-grade office buildings.
- Staff management and leadership.
- Exceptional customer service, relationship management and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a flat-structured, respectful environment with shared values including integrity, professionalism and accountability.
