Base pay range

A$150,000.00/yr - A$175,000.00/yr

The Role

As a Project Manager focused on delivery and development across Australia, you will interact closely with the Project Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Construction, and Senior Management teams to progress projects forward and add to the portfolio of renowned projects. The ideal person for this role will bring a wealth of experience in project development, stakeholder engagement, and project pre-feasibility knowledge.

Responsibilities

- Working closely with and coordinating large teams to bring projects to financial close and into the construction phase
- Negotiating contracts for renewable energy projects with multiple stakeholders nationwide
- Negotiating connection agreements and required service agreements with relevant parties
- Managing and working closely with expert consultants,



reviewing their reports and overseeing technical project requirements
- Managing civil/electrical/mechanical engineers and consultants in collaboration with the wider team to ensure project engineering scopes
- Managing renewable energy project development consents (and all other permits required to proceed)
- Managing project handover from development to construction team upon achievement of financial close

Requirements:

- Solid and proven communication skills with project team, senior management, and external stakeholders as required
- An individual who is team-driven and has the ability to work autonomously
- Proven and strong understanding of renewable energy commercial aspects
- 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project development and/or project engineering
- Degree-educated in a related field
